FRANKLINTON, NC -- Jean Onks, 90, died on September 18, 2026. will be on Sunday, Sept. 27, at 2 p.m. at Pocomoke Cowboy Church with the Rev. Spencer Strickland officiating.
Jean was born on July 24, 1936, in Kingsport, Tennessee, to the late Ivan Burnette Onks and Mildred Owens Onks.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan Burnette Onks and Mildred Owens Onks; her brother, Jackie Wayne Onks; and her husband, Eddie Leon Goodwin.
She is survived by her son, Devin W. Sparks (Christine) of Kittrell; and three grandchildren.
