JIMMIE A. MEDLIN
December 14, 1940 - June 24, 2025

LOUISBURG, NC -- Jimmie Arnold Medlin, 84, of Louisburg, passed away Tuesday night surrounded by his family.

Jimmie was a son of the late W.E. "Buck" and Bertie A. Medlin. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Aileen Dickerson, Rebecca "Pete" Pernell and Rosa "Tootie" Finch; brothers, John Medlin and Hubert Medlin; grandson, Cole Dinwiddie.

Jimmie was a member of Calvary Baptist Tabernacle Church.

A celebration of life service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2025 at Calvary Baptist Tabernacle Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall.

Jimmie is survived by his wife, the love of his life, Hilda C. Medlin; children, Jeff Medlin, Tammie Medlin and Todd Medlin; brother, Bill Medlin; sister, Ann Ayscue; grandchildren, Ashleigh (Jordan) Germano; Trafton Dinwiddie and his girlfriend, Emily Weems; great-grandchildren, Brenleigh, Xander, Jordan and Knoxlee; and his loving pet, Java.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Tabernacle Church, 394 Ferrells Bridge Rd, Louisburg, NC 27549.
