FRANKLINTON, NC -- Peggy Lou Moore, 90, died March 5, 2025 at her home in Franklinton, NC.
Peggy was born on October 2, 1934 in Franklinton to the late Tillman and Mabel Mitchell Moore.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her brother, Gordon Davis Moore; and her sister, Marian Ann Moore.
Peggy is survived by her sister-in-law, Donna Moore; a niece; a nephew; great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
A graveside service was held at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 9, at Popes Chapel Christian Church, Pocomoke Rd. Franklinton, with the Reverend Darrell Pierce officiating.
The family received friends following the service in the church fellowship hall and at other times at Peggy's home.
