LOUISBURG, NC -- Funeral services for Charles F. Murray Sr., 87, of Louisburg, North Carolina, who died on Thursday, September 17, 2026, was held Monday, Sept. 21 at Duke Memorial Baptist Church.
Charles was born on May 3, 1939, in Franklin County, North Carolina, to Wiley F. Murray and Ethelene A. Murray.
He is survived by his son, Charles F. "Chuck" Murray Jr.(Tracy); his daughter, Lisa Neville; his brothers, Larry Murray and Fred Murray; his sister, Doris Hunnicutt (Jimmy); three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Burial followed the service at Lancaster Memorial Park.
