RALEIGH, NC -- Delina Roosevelt "Boo" Medlin, 91, of Raleigh, NC, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frankie Bernice Burns; parents, Joseph Medlin and Mabel Ransdell Medlin; brother, Joseph Percy Medlin; and two sisters, Mildred Edith (Ben) Wright, and Nancy Jean (Toby) Dement.

He is survived by two nieces.
