FRANKLINTON, NC -- Karen Eason Kearney, 56, of Franklinton, passed away at her home on July 5, 2026.
Karen was born on August 18, 1969, to Imogene Gay Eason and the late Edward "Eddie" Eason.
She is survived by her husband, Gary A. Kearney; her son, Justin Kearney and his husband, Rodney Thomas; two grandchildren; her mother, Imogene Gay Eason; and numerous extended family and friends.
Friends and family were received from 1 - 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. A funeral service followed at 2 p.m. with Reverend Carl Hunter officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. |
