LOUISBURG, NC -- Annette Marie Burkam, 65, of Louisburg, passed away Monday, June 8, 2026.
She was born on May 12, 1961 to Arthur Maitland Burkam Jr, and Hazel Wilson Burkam in Tampa, Florida where the family resided.
She is survived by her daughter Harley Danielle Burkam (partner Michael Tophoney) and a granddaughter; and sister Cheryl Burkam Hight and sister-in-law Gail Burkam.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur "Art" M. Burkam Jr. and Hazel Wilson Burkam; her brother Arthur "Buddy" M. Burkam III.
A memorial service was held at Maple Springs Baptist Church, on June 14, 2026.
