Raleigh, NC -- Funeral services for Stuart West, age 87, who died on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, will be held on Sunday, May 31, at 1 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. William S. Cozart, officiating. Burial will follow in the George Washington Memorial Cemetery in Paramus, NJ.

Born June 10, 1938, he is survived by three daughters, Jennifer West of Raleigh, NC, Denise West and Linda West, both of Bronx, NY; two sons, Robert Anthony Douglas of West Palm Beach, FL, Jermaine Douglas of New York, NY; and eight grandchildren.

There will be a viewing Sunday from 12 until 1 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
