LOUISBURG, NC -- Catharine Louise Tatem, 74, of Louisburg passed away peacefully, with her family by her side on Saturday, January 11, 2025. She was born on February 3, 1950 to Catharine Mary Adams Wilkins and the late Guy Doug Wilkins.

In addition to her mother, Catharine is survived by her husband, John E. Tatem Jr.; her daughter Cheryl Lynn McCaskey; and her son, Michael Edward Tatem (Lisa); four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three nieces.

A celebration of life will be held at the family's home on February 2, 2025 beginning at 2 p.m.
