Louisburg, NC--Funeral services for Bettie Jean "Boot" Fleming, age 72, who died on Tuesday, August 1, 2024, were held 2 p.m., Sunday, October 6, from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Reginald Powell officiating. Burial followed in the Shiloh Church Cemetery in Arcola.
Born July 8, 1952, she is survived by her husband, Gennie Williams of the home; two daughters, Wanda Fleming of Rocky Mount, NC, Bessie Fleming of Louisburg, NC; two sons, Tony Edwards (Alexis) and Kelly Williams, both of Bunn, NC; two sisters, Nannie Richardson of Centerville, NC, Mamie Davis of Louisburg, NC; eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
Viewing was 1 - 2 p.m., Sunday at Richardson Funeral Home.
