Louisburg, NC--Casa Nichole Sarvis Phelps, 42, of Louisburg died Tuesday, September 19, 2023. She was born on October 3, 1980, the daughter of Darlene Dammann Stroud and William David Sarvis.
Survivors: husband, Patrick Shane Phelps; daughters, Emma Jade Hall and Izzy Grace Hall; stepchildren, Lexy Phelps and Carson Phelps; mother and stepfather, Darlene and Reid Stroud; father and stepmother, Willie and Carla Sarvis; and brothers, Clint Sarvis and his wife, Jenny, Daniel Kidd, and Tyler Kidd and many other family members.
A celebration of life was held Sunday, September 24, at 3 p.m. at Maple Springs Baptist Church, 1938 NC 56 East, Louisburg, NC.
