LOUISBURG--Joseph "Joey" Mills Jr. died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020. A graveside memorial service will be held at the Allen family cemetery on Friday, Dec. 11, at 1 p.m., with the Revs. John Clark and Ted Jones officiating.
He was born on May 14, 1968 and grew up in Franklin County.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Joseph and Virginia Mills.
Surviving: his sister, Melody Williams (Randy); two aunts and two uncles; two nieces; one great-nephew, and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Warrenton Animal Clinic or the White Level Fire Department.
