CASTALIA – Norma Jean Outlaw Parrish, 80, died Sunday afternoon, Feb. 23, 2014 at her home. A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, at Red Bud Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
She was a daughter of the late Norman D. and Bessie Earlene Chestnutt Outlaw. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward G. Parrish, and her daughter, Sherry P. Carpenter.
Surviving: sons Gregory (Brenda) Parrish of Castalia, Edward Glenn Parrish of Warsaw; sister, Bessie Outlaw of Goldsboro; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
