YOUNGSVILLE, NC -- Moses Lee "Dan" Clegg, 76, of Youngsville was born in Wake County, NC, to the late David and Corene Clegg on October 6, 1948. He died August 16, 2025, at his home in Franklin County, NC.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John Curtis and David William Clegg.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Ann Davis Clegg, of the home; two daughters, Leslie (Pinkie) Davis of the home, and Whitney (Special) Clegg of Mebane, NC; one sister, Joyce Gerald of Raleigh, NC; three grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Funeral Services were held Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Greater New Life Church of Christ in Franklinton, with Elder Dexter Perry, Pastor, and Rev. Eddie Williams, Jr., officiating. Burial was at Kinches Chapel Christian Church, Franklinton.
