LOUISBURG, NC--Funeral services for Lucy Mae Macon, age 94 who died on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, were held on Monday, December 11, at 2 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Dr. David K. Rosby officiating. Burial followed in the Perry's Church Cemetery.

Born October 25, 1929, she is survived by two daughters, Virginia Delois Knight and Remonia Macon, both of Louisburg, NC; two sisters, Catherine Adams of Brooklyn, NY and Mary Hays of Portsmouth, VA; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing was before the service on Monday from 1 - 2 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
