LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Ernest Edward "Buck" Reed, age 80, who died on Monday, November 18, 2019, will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 2:00 from the Nelson Chapel Baptist Church in Louisburg with Rev. Thomas Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Nelson Chapel Church Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Yvonne Pringle (Curtis)
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Wilks-Reed of the home; his children, James Edward Reed (Leona) of East Brunswick, NJ, Douglas E. Hopson of California, Sharice Wilks-Jones (Cedrick) of the home; two grandchildren, Joshua Reed of East Brunswick, NJ and Cedaya Jones of the home; three god-children, Romeloh Myers, Kimora Myers and Alonia Atherley.
Visitation will be Saturday afternoon from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
