Description: Franklin County Arts Council will celebrate Cinco de Mayo on Friday May 5th from 4 until 7 pm at UpFront Gallery in downtown Franklinton with an art exhibit by five Hispanic artists: Cornelio Campos, Nora Hernande, Clina Polloni, Gabriela Zabala, and Arron Vick. In addition, live music will be provided by songstress Teresa Fernandez and harpist Ramon Brito. This is a free event open to all.
