VGCC Franklin Campus offers Sign Language for beginners

Description: Starting Sept. 9, a Sign Language class for beginners will be held on the VGCC Franklin County Campus on Tuesdays from 6 until 9 p.m. The course will conclude on Nov. 25. Instructor Tonya Jester will help students learn a new skill that opens up a creative way of communicating with individuals who are hearing-impaired and verbally challenged. The cost to register is $55.
