MICHAEL L. “MITCHELL” WHEELER
LOUISBURG - Michael Loring “Mitchell” Wheeler, 69, of Louisburg, died Sunday, April 13, 2014, at his home. Born December 20, 1944 to the late Benjamin Wilson and Idalene Murphy Wheeler.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his grandson, Larry Rankin Varner, Jr., and his sister, Barbara Jean. A wonderful father, husband, brother and grandfather who loved his family dearly and he loved to go fishing at Mattamuskeet.

LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Sylvia Jean Perry, 78, who died Friday, April 11, 2014, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, at Allen Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Stanley Dunston officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
