A Kittrell man, Terrell Rodgers, 20, of 32 Hedges Way, is facing charges after an incident that began with reports of shots being fired and ended when he was subdued after an encounter with Franklinton police officers at the local hospital. Franklinton police received reports from 102 Layton Street, of shots being fired about 7:45 p.m. Monday evening.
