LOUISBURG, NC -- Shirley Crumpler Daniels, 98, of Louisburg, passed away Thursday morning, April 2, 2026.
Shirley was the daughter of the late Henry Alfred Crumpler and Lillie Etta Davis Crumpler. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Clyde Daniels, son and daughter-in-law, Cameron and Rita Daniels, son in-law, Frank Eatman, sisters, Mozelle Burns, Georgia Daeke, Mary Ann Haithcock and Elizabeth Brewer; brothers, Henry Crumpler and Norman Crumpler.
She was a member of Rock Spring Baptist Church. Shirley loved the outdoors and working in her flower beds and yard.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2026 at Rock Spring Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Melton Tyson officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall.
Shirley is survived by her loving family, daughters Cornelia D. Eatman of Louisburg and Veronica Frye of Sophia, NC; sister, Sandra Gaskill of Allen, TX; grandchildren, Michelle Moody and husband, Micky, William Eatman (Amanda Hux), John Daniels, Marc Daniels and wife, Jennifer, Jed Frye and wife, Courtney, Jesse Frye and wife, Amy Lou; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rock Spring Baptist Church, 34 Rock Spring Church Rd., Louisburg, NC 27549.
