LOUISBURG, NC -- Ronald James Hormell, 65, of Louisburg, North Carolina died Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Louisburg Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Ronald was born on July 27, 1959 in Norwalk, OH to James and Thomasine Hormell.

Ronald is survived by his two daughters Brandi Heggie of Oxford, NC and Ashley Hormell of Stem, NC; five grandchildren; four sisters, Judy (Donny) Brushaber, of Louisburg, NC, Debra (Roger) Dailey of Hagerstown, MD, Susan Rhonemus, of Satsuma, FL, and Beverly (Ray) Ingram of Idaho; six brothers, David Hormell, of Louisburg, NC, William (Dixie) Bursley, of Galion, OH, Michael (Ritajean) Bursley, of Wakeman, OH, Bobby (Irene) Hormell, of Wellington, OH, Denny (Kathy) Hormell, of Collins, OH, and Jimmy (Connie) Hormell, of Vermillion, OH; several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Ronald was proceeded in death by his parents James and Thomasine Hormell, and his sister Glenna Knapp.

There will be no visitation, just a small celebration of life with immediate family.
