LOUISBURG, NC -- Frances Adell Cash Moody, 87, of Louisburg, passed away early Monday morning, January 13, 2025, at her home.

Frances was the daughter of the late Dock and Adell Cash. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Thomas Moody; sister, Ava Perry; and brothers, Maylon Cash and Jack Cash.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 16 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 1 - 1:45 p.m. Burial will follow the service at Flat Rock Baptist Church Cemetery.

Frances is survived by her sons, Greg Moody and wife Jeanie, and Micky W. Moody and wife Michelle, all of Louisburg; daughter, Terri M. Phelps, of Louisburg; brother, Darrell Cash; grandchildren Jacob T. Moody (Kristany), Joshua W. Moody, Sean W. Moody (Autumn), Paige P. Hunter (Matt), Erica M. King (Ricky), Erin M. Perry (Matt), and Emily M. Shearin (Brandon); and great-grandchildren, Ember Moody, Lilly Perry, Preslee King, Foster King, Haven Shearin, Etta Mae Moody, Levi Thomas Moody, Haddie Shearin, Keagan King, Maverick King, Marshall Perry, Porter Perry, Everleigh Moody, River Moody, Steven Phelps, Justin Hunter, and Olivia Hunter.
