FRANKLINTON— Funeral services for Lorenzo “Pete” Yarborough Jr., 77, who died Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, at Allen Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Lorenzo Yarborough cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Hellen David of Charlotte, Yvonne Kearney of Louisburg, Lolita Parker of Kittrell, Mary Yarborough of Raleigh, Constance Lawrence of Franklinton and Thelma Sneed of Stovall; sons, Lester Yarborough of Franklinton and Henry Lee Yarborough of Garner. brother, Freddie Yarborough of Baltimore, Md.; 20 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
