LOUISBURG - Malinda Carol Rivenbark Harris, 64, died at her home in Lake Royale on Friday, June 28, 2013. As per Malinda’s wishes, no formal services are planned. A celebration of life event was planned for Monday, July 1, at the home of Jackie Rivenbark, 1297 Old Grantham Road in Goldsboro.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Overton Rivenbark of Mount Olive.

Surviving: husband, Darryl Harris of Leland;  a daughter, Lisa Carol Whitfield of Mount Olive; brothers, Jackie Paul Rivenbark (Ann) of Goldsboro and Jerry Rivenbark (Becky) of Lucama; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Rivenbark, and sisters, Jean Outlaw, Teresa Peardon, Patricia Waters and Glenda Bland.
