WAKE FOREST - Joanne Montjoy, 68, died Wednesday evening, Nov. 11, 2009 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. today (Saturday, Nov. 14) in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest, with the Rev. David Coltrane officiating. Burial will follow in the Perry family cemetery.

She was born in Wake County, the daughter of the late Nellie O’Neal Sherron and Goffrey Sherron.

Surviving: husband, “Monty” Montjoy; sons, Michael Montjoy (Stephanie) of Youngsville, Marvin Montjoy (Michele) of Louisburg; sister, Faye Ray (Sherman) of Wake Forest; and one grandson.
